Smart Artz was contracted to help build and establish David McCoy homes as a prominent brand in the Cairns Homebuilding industry in 2002. The company was approached prior to the construction boom and the relationship hascontinued to foster the growth as David McCoy homes begins to branch out, utilising more of Smart Artz Services.Smart Artz began by designing the corporate identity. This involved a new logo, supporting imagery and corporateimage. The company was involved in the integration of the McCoy theme of “The evolution of design” and provided acorporate image that has placed David McCoy homes within its market segment successfully.

Smart Artz also provide our printing requirements and have provided in the past business stationary, marketing materials (flyers etc) as well as presentation folders. The Smart Artz was also contracted to concept and design signage for our brand new premises. Signage proposed and managed included a 6m Pylon sign that we believe will be the premier sign of its type in Cairns. The company was also responsible for branding our fleet of work vehicles, as well as providing our office, corporate and work uniforms in attire that is classy, practical and looks great.

We feel that Smart Artz deliver not only greats service but also manage budgets and project timelines very well. We are more than pleased with the quality of design and creativity that Smart Artz have helped us reach our marketing goals.
