1. Discuss your idea, business, products, target market and your branding needs with one of our experienced team members
2. Select a design package Selection, complete our creative brief and provide a deposit for your project to start
3. Smart Artz Creative team will review your project brief & conduct initial research into your industry, competitors and target markets.

Logo Concept & Design
1. Our design team will start creative concepting and design on your project:

• Logotype & Typeface concept & design
• Shape, Symbol, Graphic concept & design
• Corporate colour development

2. Once we have some good ideas and concepts we need to develop a Corporate Identity for you to see how your logo will look:

• Styles, Graphic elements, image concept & design
• Stationery design (business cards, letterhead, with com slips)

3. Additional collateral ( brochures, signage, website) designed at this stage and quoted separately if needed.

Concept Presentation
1. Smart Artz will present your logo concepts for feedback/comment.  We take on board your suggestions and feedback & get back to you with a revision at step 4.

Design Changes
1. Smart Artz will present you our final draft of your logo design incorporating your feedback and comments from step 3
2. If you are pleased with the designs and approve your logo design we move onto step 5
3. If you would like further changes to your logo we’re happy to accommodate your requests with 2 rounds of development, further development and presentations are charged at our regularly hourly rate.

Design & Artwork approval – remaining 50% or project deposit due
1. Congratulations you have a new look and logo to enter the marketplace - Good luck
2. Logo package artwork files supplied in full – CD of your files supplied in EPS, JPEG & PDF formats
3. We also supply you a Style sheet detailing your branding & logo elements & colours for future third party use.
